Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actor from the United States. In 1983, following her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack member in WarGames '83 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a member of the group. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. Sheedy began her acting career by appearing in the crime movie Bad Boys at the beginning of the 1980s. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film with other actors equally prominent, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her debut film was released in 1985, she starred in the comedy and drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of best films aimed at high schools. Despite a budget of only 1 million dollars, the film's profits exceeded $50 million. Also, she began to appear on various television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. The show was targeted at teens and began airing in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other programs on TV where she was featured. Some of her latest appearances include Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse which is a movie about the superhero X-Men that she appears in as an appearance. Sheedy received numerous awards in 2005 due to her performances. She also received the with the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
