Felicity is an English actress known for her performance as Jane Hawking, the protagonist of The Theory of Everything. Jones has worked in plays, films and TV from the age of 12. Her first job was acting on television in the role of The Treasure Seekers. Later, in The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters Sisters, a sequel of The Worst Witch. She played Young Ruth in her first movie Flashbacks of a Fool and then went on to star in many movies. In films like The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she was a hit for her performance. It was however her character as the wife of Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything' which earned the actress the Oscar nomination for the first time. Jones received a lot of praise by critics and fans for her performance in the role of Hawking's former wife. The film was based on the life story of Stephen Hawking. Inferno with Tom Hanks was next on her resume. Jones won an award called the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, due to her extraordinary ability and dedication.
